| 基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)是在多种生物过程中发挥重要作用的一种基质金属蛋白酶,可切割细胞外基质(ECM)蛋白,调控ECM重构,而ECM重塑是肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭与转移等过程中的重要一环。同时MMP-9还能介导肿瘤微环境,因此,MMP-9对癌症的发生与发展起着一定的促进作用。本文对MMP-9在女性相关恶性肿瘤中的研究进展做一概述,为女性相关肿瘤的治疗、管理及预后等提供依据。 |

| Matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) is a matrix metalloproteinase that plays an important role in a variety of biological processes, which can cleave extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins and regulate ECM remodeling, an important part of tumor proliferation, invasion and metastasis. Meanwhile, MMP-9 can also mediate the tumor microenvironment, therefore, MMP-9 plays a role in promoting the occurrence and development of cancer. This article provides an overview of the research progress of MMP-9 in female-related malignant tumors to provide a basis for treatment, management and prognosis in female-related tumors. |
