      目的观察基于生理相干与自主平衡系统(SPCS)的生物反馈训练应用于卒中后疲劳患者的应用效果。 方法选择100例卒中后疲劳患者,随机均分为SPCS组与常规组。比较两组患者干预前后疲劳程度、恢复情况及并发症发生情况。比较SPCS组训练前后心率及心率变异性指标(低频功率、高频功率、低频功率/高频功率、R-R间期标准差)。 结果与干预前比较,干预后两组疲劳严重度量表评分和改良Rankin量表评分降低,且SPCS组较常规组更为显著(P<0.05)。SPCS组并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。与干预前比较,干预后SPCS组患者心率、低频功率及低频功率/高频功率降低,R-R间期标准差及高频功率升高(P<0.05)。 结论SPCS生物反馈训练可有效减轻卒中后疲劳患者疲劳及抑郁,促进患者恢复。
英文摘要:
      AimTo observe the application value of biofeedback training based on self-generate physiological coherence system (SPCS) in patients with post-stroke fatigue. MethodsA total of 100 patients with post-stroke fatigue were randomly divided into SPCS group and routine group. The degree of fatigue, recovery and complications before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. The heart rate and heart rate variability indexes (low frequency power, high frequency power, low frequency power/high frequency power, R-R interval standard deviation) of SPCS group before and after training were compared. ResultsCompared with the scores before intervention, the fatigue severity scale score and modified Rankin scale score of the two groups decreased after intervention, and the SPCS group was more significant than the conventional group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the SPCS group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group (P<0.05). Compared with the parameters before intervention, the heart rate, low frequency power and low frequency power/high frequency power of patients in SPCS group were significantly decreased after intervention, and the standard deviation of R-R interval and high frequency power were significantly increased (P<0.05). ConclusionSPCS biofeedback training can effectively reduce fatigue and depression in patients with post-stroke fatigue and promote the recovery of patients.
