目的观察乙酰半胱氨酸雾化联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎伴气道黏液栓堵塞患儿的疗效。 方法选取本院收治的102例支原体肺炎伴气道黏液栓堵塞患儿,将其随机均分为对照组(阿奇霉素+支气管肺泡灌洗)和观察组(阿奇霉素+支气管肺泡灌洗+乙酰半胱氨酸雾化)。比较两组患儿治疗前后白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及红细胞沉降率(ESR)水平;观察两组治疗后影像学、支气管镜检查情况以及症状改善时间。 结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组WBC、CRP及ESR水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胸腔积液、支气管黏膜糜烂、颗粒增生发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论乙酰半胱氨酸雾化联合阿奇霉素治疗可以减轻支原体肺炎伴气道黏液栓堵塞患儿炎症反应,促进临床症状消失,有利于患儿早期恢复健康。 |

AimTo explore the effects of acetylcysteine nebulization combined with azithromycin treatment on children with Mycoplasma pneumonia and airway mucus plug blockage. MethodsA total of 102 children with mycoplasma pneumonia with airway mucus plug blockage were randomly divided into control group (azithromycin+bronchoalveolar lavage) and observation group (azithromycin+bronchoalveolar lavage+acetylcysteine). The levels of white blood cell count (WBC), C-reactive protein (CRP), and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) between two groups of children before and after treatment were compared. The imaging, bronchoscopy examination, and symptom improvement time after treatment in two groups were observed. ResultsThe levels of WBC, CRP and ESR in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and they were lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the incidence of pleural effusion, bronchial mucosal erosion and granular hyperplasia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionAcetylcysteine nebulization combined with azithromycin treatment can alleviate the inflammatory response in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia accompanied by airway mucus plug blockage, promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms, and facilitate early recovery of children's health. |
