      目的研究维生素D衍生物卡泊三醇对小鼠斑秃的缓解情况及对相关炎症因子的影响。 方法构建小鼠斑秃模型,将维生素D衍生物卡泊三醇均匀涂抹在小鼠斑秃区域后,观察小鼠斑秃缓解情况;同时,通过免疫荧光染色技术检测斑秃区域皮肤组织CD4+、CD8+ T细胞和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)等细胞因子情况。 结果卡泊三醇处理后小鼠斑秃完全消失,治疗有效率达100%;小鼠毛囊细胞周围与炎症反应相关的CD4+和CD8+T细胞数量降低,TNF-α、IL-6等炎症细胞因子分泌水平下降(P<0.05)。 结论卡泊三醇可通过抑制小鼠毛囊细胞周围与炎症反应相关的CD4+和CD8+T细胞数量以及TNF-α、IL-6等炎症细胞因子分泌而改善小鼠斑秃。

      AimTo investigate the efficacy of Calciportriol, a vitamin D derivative, on mice with alopecia areata and related inflammatory factors. MethodsMouse models of alopecia areata were constructed. Then, the vitamin D derivative calcipotriol was evenly smeared on the alopecia areata area of the mice. The efficacy of alopecia areata in the mice was observed. Furthermore, immunofluorescence staining was used to detect CD4+, CD8+ T cells and related cytokines, such as TNF-α and IL-6, in alopecia areata areas. ResultsAlopecia areata disappeared completely after treatment with Calciportriol, and the effective rate was 100%. The number of CD4+ and CD8+T cells associated with inflammation around mouse hair follicle cells decreased, accompanying with suppressed secretion of inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α and IL-6 (P<0.05). ConclusionCarpotriol can significantly improve alopecia areata in mice by inhibiting the number of CD4+ and CD8+T cells and the secretion of TNF-α, IL-6 and other inflammatory cytokines around hair follicle cells.
