目的分析急性脑梗死患者血清补体H因子(CFH)、血管生成抑制蛋白-1(VASH-1)表达与病情、疾病转归的关系。 方法选择96例急性脑梗死患者为研究组,根据美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分分为轻度组、中度组、重度组,按疾病转归分为恶化组、转归组。另选取同期体检健康者80例为对照组。比较各组血清CFH、VASH-1水平。采用ROC评估血清CFH、VASH-1对急性脑梗死患者疾病转归的诊断价值,Logistic回归分析影响疾病转归的因素。 结果血清CFH水平研究组<对照组,重度组<中度组<轻度组,恶化组<转归组;血清VASH-1水平研究组>对照组,重度组>中度组>轻度组,恶化组>转归组(P<0.05)。血清CFH、VASH-1及二者联合评估急性脑梗死疾病转归的AUC分别为0.830、0.866、0.915。血清低CFH、高VASH-1及高NHISS评分为急性脑梗死患者疾病转归的危险因素(P<0.05)。 结论急性脑梗死患者血清CFH、VASH-1水平与病情、疾病转归有关,可作为评估急性脑梗死患者疾病转归的可靠生物学标志物。 |

AimTo explore the expression levels of serum complement factor H (CFH) and angiogenic inhibitory protein-1 (VASH-1) in patients with acute cerebral infarction and their correlation with the disease condition and disease outcome. MethodsA total of 96 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the study group, and divided into mild group, moderate group and severe group according to national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS) score. According to the disease outcome, they were divided into worsening group and outcome group. Another 80 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group. Serum CFH and VASH-1 levels of all included subjects were detected and compared among groups. ROC was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of serum CFH and VASH-1 on the outcome of the disease in patients with acute cerebral infarction. The factors affecting the outcome of the disease in patients with acute cerebral infarction were explored by Logistic regression. ResultsSerum CFH levels in the study groupP<0.05). The AUC of serum CFH, serum VASH-1 and combined indicators in evaluating the outcome of acute cerebral infarction were 0.830,0.866, and 0.915. Low serum CFH, high serum VASH-1 and high NHISS score were risk factors affecting the outcome of acute cerebral infarction patients (P<0.05). ConclusionSerum CFH and VASH-1 levels were closely related to the disease condition and disease outcome in patients with acute cerebral infarction, which are expected to be used as reliable biomarkers to evaluate the disease outcome in patients with acute cerebral infarction. |
