| ]脑卒中具有高致死率和致残率,易损颈动脉斑块被证实在脑卒中发作中起着极其重要的作用。多种超声技术可评估颈动脉斑块成分及表面形态,并提供不同的评估指标。本文总结常规及新型超声技术在颈动脉斑块易损性评估中的研究进展,归纳各技术的优势与局限性,对早期诊断脑卒中及制定治疗、随访计划有重要的指导意义。 |

| Stroke has a high mortality and disability rate. Vulnerable carotid plaques have been shown to play an extremely important role in the onset of stroke. A variety of ultrasound techniques can be used to evaluate the composition and surface morphology of carotid plaques and provide different evaluation indicators. This article summarizes the research progress of conventional and new ultrasound techniques in the assessment of carotid plaque vulnerability, as well as the advantages and limitations of each technique, and discusses the critical values of related parameters, which has important guiding significance for early diagnosis of stroke and formulation of treatment and follow-up plans. |
