| 肺炎支原体(Mp)是导致儿童、青少年及老年人上、下呼吸道感染的主要病原体,可导致肺炎、肺内外并发症及呼吸系统后遗症等。Mp黏附蛋白P30与P1蛋白一样在感染宿主细胞中发挥重要作用。本文从P30蛋白的结构和亚型、功能、血清学诊断及疫苗开发等方面介绍P30蛋白的最新研究进展,为Mp感染的诊断及防治研究提供参考。 |

| Mycoplasma pneumoniae (Mp) is the main pathogen causing upper and lower respiratory tract infections in children, adolescents, and the elderly,which can cause pneumonia, pulmonary and extrapulmonary complications, and respiratory sequelae. Mp adhesion protein P30, like P1 protein, plays an important role in infecting host cells. This article introduces the latest research progress of P30 protein from the aspects of its structure and subtypes, function, serological diagnosis, and vaccine development, providing reference for the diagnosis and prevention of Mp infection. |
