| 胶质瘤是最常见的颅内原发性恶性肿瘤,恶性程度高、治疗效果差,具有高致残率、高复发率等特点。细胞周期依赖性激酶抑制基因(CDKN2A)作为一种抑癌基因在多种肿瘤发生发展过程中发挥重要作用,通过对胶质瘤的遗传和表观遗传分析发现,CDKN2A在胶质瘤中对基因改变、信号通路的改变产生重要影响,并且CDKN2A与胶质瘤的发病机制、分子诊断、恶性程度及患者预后密切相关。因此探讨CDKN2A与胶质瘤的相关性就显得尤为重要。本文就CDKN2A与胶质瘤发生发展的相关性展开综述。 |

| Glioma is the most common primary intracranial malignant tumor with high malignant degree, poor therapeutic effect, high disability rate and high recurrence rate. As a tumor suppressor gene, CDKN2A plays an important role in the development of various tumors. Through genetic and epigenetic analysis of gliomas, it was found that CDKN2A exerted an important influence on gene changes and signaling pathway changes in gliomas. CDKN2A is closely related to the pathogenesis, molecular diagnosis, malignancy degree and prognosis of glioma. Therefore, it is particularly important to explore the correlation between CDKN2A and glioma. This article reviews the correlation between CDKN2A and glioma development. |
