目的探讨阿糖胞苷联合抗生素对急性髓系白血病患儿血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、CC趋化因子受体-2(CCR-2)的影响。 方法选取急性髓系白血病患儿96例,根据治疗方案分为观察组48例和对照组48例,观察组给与大剂量阿糖胞苷联合去甲氧柔红霉素,对照组给与常规剂量阿糖胞苷联合去甲氧柔红霉素,观察两组治疗疗效、不良反应,采用ELISA法检测血清MCP-1水平,流式细胞术检测单核细胞CCR-2水平。 结果观察组治疗后完全缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05),血清MCP-1、CCR-2水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病原菌感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后不良反应差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论大剂量阿糖胞苷联合去甲氧柔红霉素治疗急性髓系白血病患儿疗效显著,且明显降低血清MCP-1、CCR-2水平。 |

AimTo investigate the effect of cytarabine combined with antibiotics on serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) and CC chemokine receptor-2 (CCR-2) levels in children with acute myeloid leukemia. Methods96 children with acute myeloid leukemia were selected and divided into observation group (n=48) and control group (n=48) according to the treatment scheme, that the observation group was given high-dose cytarabine combined with deoxyrubicin, while the control group was given conventional dose of cytarabine combined with deoxyrubicin. The therapeutic efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed, the serum MCP-1 was detected by ELISA, and the expression of CCR-2 on monocytes was detected by flow cytometry cell analysis. ResultsThe CR rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of pathogenic bacteria infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions (P>0.05). The serum MCP-1 and CCR-2 levels in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe high-dose cytarabine combined with doxorubicin has a significant therapeutic effect on children with acute myeloid leukemia, which could significantly reduce the serum levels of MCP-1 and CCR-2. |
