      目的分析枸橼酸咖啡因联合猪肺磷脂注射液治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)的疗效。 方法选择72例新生儿RDS患者,随机均分为对照组(猪肺磷脂注射液治疗)和观察组(猪肺磷脂注射液联合枸橼酸咖啡因治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、血气指标、呼吸力学指标、治疗情况、不良反应。 结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。观察组氧疗时间、住院时间、通气时间、临床症状缓解时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患儿氧分压和氧合指数升高,二氧化碳分压降低,且观察组较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。 结论枸橼酸咖啡因联合猪肺磷脂注射液治疗新生儿RDS疗效显著,安全性较好,可以临床推广。

      AimTo analyze the therapeutic effect of caffeine citrate combined with poractant alfa injection in improving neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (RDS). Methods72 cases of neonatal RDS patients were randomly and equally divided into control group (treated with poractant alfa injection)and observation group (treated with caffeine citrate combined with poractant alfa injection). The therapeutic efficacy, blood gas index, respiratory mechanic index, treatment situation and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. ResultsThe total therapeutic rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). The observation group had lower oxygen therapy time, hospital stay, ventilation time, and clinical symptom relief time compared with the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the parameters before treatment, after treatment, the partial pressure of oxygen and oxygenation index of the two groups of children increased, while partial pressure of carbon dioxide was decreased, and the observation group was more significant than the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionCaffeine citrate combined with poractant alfa injection has a significant therapeutic effect and good safety in neonatal RDS, and thus is worthy of clinical application.
