      目的探讨经皮胆红素(TCB)、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、未结合胆红素(UCB)、白蛋白(ALB)水平对高胆红素血症新生儿光疗敏感度和疗效的预测价值。 方法选取98例高胆红素血症新生儿为观察组,另随机抽选98例健康新生儿为对照组,比较不同光疗敏感度和治疗效果患儿的血清TCB、hs-CRP、UCB、ALB水平差异。分析上述因素对高胆红素血症新生儿光疗敏感度和疗效的预测价值。 结果观察组TCB、hs-CRP、UCB、ALB较对照组高,敏感组TCB、hs-CRP、UCB、ALB水平低于不敏感组,有效组TCB、hs-CRP、UCB、ALB低于无效组(P<0.05)。血清TCB、hs-CRP、UCB、ALB水平对新生儿光疗反应敏感度及疗效均存在一定预测价值。 结论血清TCB、hs-CRP、UCB、ALB水平对新生儿光疗反应敏感度及疗效均有一定预测价值。
英文摘要:
      AimTo explore the predictive value of transcutaneous bilirubin (TCB), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), unconjugated bilirubin (UCB), and albumin (ALB) levels on the sensitivity and efficacy of phototherapy in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia. Methods98 newborns with hyperbilirubinemia were selected as the observation group, and another 98 healthy newborns were randomly selected as the control group. The differences in serum TCB, hs-CRP, UCB, and ALB levels among children with different phototherapy sensitivities and treatment effects were compared. The predictive value of the above factors on the sensitivity and efficacy of phototherapy in newborns with hyperbilirubinemia was analyzed. ResultsThe results showed that the levels of TCB, hs-CRP, UCB, and ALB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The levels of TCB, hs-CRP, UCB, and ALB in the sensitive group were lower than those in the insensitive group. The levels of TCB, hs-CRP, UCB, and ALB in the effective group were lower than those in the ineffective group (P<0.05). The serum levels of TCB, hs-CRP, UCB, and ALB have certain predictive value for the sensitivity and efficacy of neonatal phototherapy response. ConclusionSerum levels of TCB, hs-CRP, UCB, and ALB have certain predictive value for the sensitivity and efficacy of neonatal phototherapy response.
