| 目的探讨慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)患者血清壳多糖酶3样蛋白1(CHI3L1)、热休克蛋白60(HSP60)表达水平及其临床意义。 方法选择97例CGN患者为CGN组,另选取体检健康者120例为健康组。对CGN组随访12个月,根据预后分为预后良好组(n＝79)和预后不良组(n＝18)。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清CHI3L1、HSP60水平,采用全自动生化分析仪检测肾功能指标,分析CHI3L1、HSP60与肾功能指标的相关性。采用ROC分析CHI3L1、HSP60对CGN患者预后的预测价值。 结果CGN组血清CHI3L1、HSP60高于健康组(P＜0.05)。CGN组、预后不良组血尿素氮、血肌酐、血尿酸分别高于健康组、预后良好组(P＜0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,血清CHI3L1、HSP60与血尿素氮、血肌酐、血尿酸均呈正相关(P＜0.001)。血清CHI3L1、HSP60联合预测CGN患者预后的效能最高(P＜0.001)。 结论CGN患者血清CHI3L1、HSP60水平升高,其可作为预测患者预后的潜在生物标志物。 |

| AimTo explore the expression levels and clinical significance of chitosanase 3-like protein 1 (CHI3L1) and heat shock protein 60 (HSP60) in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN). MethodsA total of 97 CGN patients were selected as CGN group, whereas 120 healthy subjects were selected as healthy group. CGN group was followed up for 12 months and divided into good prognosis group (n＝79) and poor prognosis group (n＝18) according to the prognosis results. Serum CHI3L1 and HSP60 levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and renal function indexes were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. The correlation between CHI3L1, HSP60 and renal function indexes were analyzed. ROC analysis was used to evaluate the prognostic value of CHI3L1 and HSP60 in CGN patients. ResultsThe serum levels of CHI3L1 and HSP60 in the CGN group were higher than those in the healthy group (P＜0.05). The blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, and uric acid levels in the CGN group and poor prognosis group were higher than those in the healthy group and good prognosis group, respectively (P＜0.05). The Pearson correlation analysis results showed that serum CHI3L1 and HSP60 were positively correlated with blood urea nitrogen, blood creatinine, and blood uric acid (P＜0.001). The combination of serum CHI3L1 and HSP60 has the highest efficacy in predicting the prognosis of CGN patients (P＜0.001). ConclusionSerum CHI3L1 and HSP60 levels were elevated in CGN patients, which can be used as potential biomarkers to predict the prognosis of patients. |
