| 目的调查预防医学本科生环保知信行(认知、态度及行为)现状。 方法根据预防医学专业学生知识背景自行设计问卷,对某高校公共卫生学院预防医学专业587名本科生进行环保知信行问卷调查。环保认知得分采用客观题评分；环保态度及行为得分采用Likert 5级评分法。采用多因素线性回归模型分析环保知信行的影响因素。 结果预防医学本科生环保认知、态度、行为得分分别为(12.92±4.03)、(33.73±3.95)、(30.19±5.08)分。单因素分析结果显示,学生的环保认知在年级,环保态度在性别、年龄、年级和家庭人均年收入,环保行为在性别和家庭人均年收入方面,差异均有显著性(P＜0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,性别和家庭人均年收入是环保态度的影响因素,性别是环保行为的影响因素(P＜0.05)。 结论预防医学本科生环保态度积极,行为执行率较好,但是环保认知水平亟待提高。 |

| AimTo investigate the status quo of preventive medicine undergraduate students’ knowledge, attitude and practice of environmental protection. MethodsAccording to the professional knowledge background of preventive medicine, a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice of environmental protection among 587 undergraduates majoring in preventive medicine at the school of public health in a university. The knowledge of environmental protection was scored by objective questions, and the attitude and behavior of environmental protection were evaluated by Likert 5 scale. Multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of the knowledge, attitude and practice of environmental protection. ResultsThe scores of knowledges, attitude and practice of the preventive medicine undergraduate students in environmental protection were (12.92±4.03), (33.73±3.95) and (30.19±5.08), respectively. The results of single-factor analysis showed that there were significant differences in students' environmental protection knowledge in grade, environmental protection attitude in gender, age, grade, and annual household income of families, and environmental protection practice in gender and annual household income (P＜0.05). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender and annual household income were the factors influencing environmental attitudes, while gender was the factor influencing environmental practice (P＜0.05). ConclusionPreventive medicine undergraduates have positive attitude towards environmental protection and high implementation rate of environmental protection. However, the knowledge of environmental protection needs to be improved. |
