| 原发性肝癌目前的常规筛查方法是甲胎蛋白结合腹部超声,但其灵敏度与特异度严重不足,难以满足原发性肝癌早期诊断的需求。本文总结了原发性肝癌的传统标志物以及新兴血清标志物,重点介绍了在原发性肝癌筛查与早期诊断中富有前景的新型原发性肝癌血清标志物——醛酮还原酶1B10,以期为原发性肝癌的早期诊断带来新思路。 |

| The current conventional screening method for primary liver cancer is alpha-fetoprotein combined with abdominal ultrasound, but its sensitivity and specificity are severely insufficient to meet the needs of early diagnosis of primary liver cancer. This article summarizes the traditional markers and emerging serum markers of hepatocellular carcinoma, and focus on aldo-keto reductase 1B10, a novel serum marker of primary liver cancer with great potential for early diagnosis, a promising serum marker for hepatocellular carcinoma, in order to bring new ideas for early diagnosis of primary liver cancer. |
