| 瞬时受体电位香草素亚型4(TRPV4)是一种非选择性、渗透性阳离子通道,可被各种物理和化学刺激激活从而参与肿瘤的发生发展。TRPV4在乳腺癌的多个生物学过程中起着关键作用,有望成为乳腺癌诊断和治疗的潜在靶点。现将TRPV4在乳腺癌细胞侵袭转移、血管新生及癌细胞死亡等过程中的作用进行综述,以期为乳腺癌的治疗寻找潜在靶点。 |

| Transient receptor potential vanilloid 4(TRPV4) is a non-selective and permeable cation channel, which can be activated by various physical and chemical stimuli and participate in the development of tumor. TRPV4 plays a key role in multiple biological processes of breast cancer and is expected to be a potential target for breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. This article reviews the role of TRPV4 in the invasion and migration of breast cancer cells, angiogenesis and cancer cell death in order to find potential targets for the treatment of breast cancer. |
