目的分析胰岛素样生长因子2结合蛋白2(IGF2BP2)基因多态性与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的关系。 方法选择GDM患者84例为GDM组,另选取同期健康孕妇84例为对照组,收集两组一般资料。实时聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性法检测IGF2BP2基因rs4402960位点、rs1470579位点和rs11705701位点的多态性。 结果GDM组总胆固醇、空腹血糖和空腹胰岛素高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,GDM组IGF2BP2基因rs4402960位点GG基因型较少,TT基因型较多,等位基因T频率较高,等位基因G频率较低(P<0.05);rs11705701位点等位基因A频率较低,等位基因G频率较高(P<0.05);而其他基因型和基因频率两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论IGF2BP2基因多态性与GDM发生有关,可通过基因多态性结果评估和筛选GDM高风险人群,以提高对GDM控制。 |

AimTo analyze the relationship between gene polymorphisms of insulin-like growth factor 2 binding protein (IGF2BP) and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). MethodsA total of 84 patients with GDM and 84 healthy pregnant women were enrolled as GDM group and control group, respectively. The general data in both groups were collected. The polymorphisms of IGF2BP2 gene at rs4402960, rs1470579 and rs11705701 loci were detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction-restricted fragment length polymorphism. ResultsThe levels of total cholesterol, fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin in GDM group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Compared with control group, GG genotype at rs4402960 locus was fewer, TT genotype was more, gene frequency of allele T was higher, and gene frequency of allele G was lower in GDM group (P<0.05). Compared with control group, frequency of allele A at rs11705701 locus was lower, whereas frequency of allele G was higher in GDM group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in frequencies of the other genotypes and genes between the two groups (P>0.05). ConclusionThe polymorphisms of IGF2BP2 gene are correlated with the occurrence of GDM. The high-risk population with GDM can be evaluated and screened out by the results of gene polymorphisms to improve control effect on GDM. |
