| 目的观察增强型体外反搏(EECP)治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的效果。 方法选取100例UAP患者,随机均分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规综合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用EECP治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血清炎症因子水平、血管舒张功能(FMD)及患者生活质量西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)。 结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05)。治疗后观察组炎症因子水平、FMD低于对照组,SAQ评分高于对照组(P＜0.05)。 结论EECP治疗UAP的效果良好,可减轻炎症反应,改善血管舒张功能,提高生活质量。 |

| AimTo observe the clinical effect of enhanced external counterpulsation (EECP) in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris (UAP). Methods100 patients with UAP were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine comprehensive treatment, and the study group was treated with EECP on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of two groups of UAP, the expression levels of serum inflammatory cytokine, the flow-mediated dilation (FMD), and patient quality of life using the seattle Angina Pectoris questionaire (SAQ) between two group. ResultsThe total effective rate of UAP in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The levels of inflammatory cytokine, FMD were lower and the SAQ score was higher in the study group than in control group (P＜0.05). ConclusionEECP has better effect in the treatment of UAP, which can reduce inflammatory reaction, improve vasodilation function, improve quality of life. |
