| 生精功能障碍是男性不育的主要原因,其致病因素包括炎症、氧化应激、细胞过度凋亡和激素水平变化等。研究表明,脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)对精子的发生发挥着重要作用。为了解BDNF对生精功能障碍的作用,本文综述了BDNF在炎症、激素、氧化应激和细胞凋亡等生精功能影响因素中的作用,为BDNF作为一种潜在的改善生精功能障碍药物提供理论基础。 |

| Genital dysfunction is the main cause of male infertility, and its pathogenic factors include inflammation, oxidative stress, excessive apoptosis, and changes in hormone levels. Research has shown that BDNF plays an important role in spermatogenesis. In order to understand the effect of BDNF on spermatogenic dysfunction, this article reviews the role of BDNF in factors affecting spermatogenic dysfunction such as inflammation, hormones, oxidative stress, and cell apoptosis, providing a theoretical basis for BDNF as a potential drug for improving spermatogenic dysfunction. |
