      目的观察基于人-环境-作业(PEO)模式的康复训练对脑卒中后偏瘫患者功能恢复及表面肌电信号变化的影响。 方法将本院收治的150例脑卒中后偏瘫患者随机均分为对照组和PEO组。对照组采用常规康复训练,PEO组采用基于PEO模式的康复训练。比较两组患者训练效果、下肢功能、肌力水平及表面肌电信号。 结果训练后PEO组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。训练后两组患者下肢功能较训练前改善,且PEO组较对照组改善更好(P<0.05)。训练后两组患者肌力水平均高于训练前,且PEO组高于对照组(P<0.05)。训练后两组患者表面肌电信号均强于训练前,且PEO组较对照组更强(P<0.05)。 结论基于PEO模式的康复训练用于脑卒中偏瘫康复治疗具有明显康复效果,有助于改善患者下肢功能,增加表面肌电信号,提高肌力水平。

      AimTo observe the influence of rehabilitation training based on person-environment-occupation (PEO) model on functional recovery and surface electromyography signal in patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods150 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into control group and PEO group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, and the PEO group received rehabilitation training based on PEO model. The training effects, lower limb function, muscle strength level and surface electromyography signal were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of training in PEO group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). After training, the lower limb function of both groups of patients improved, and the PEO group performed better than the control group (P<0.05). After training, the muscle strength levels of both groups of patients were higher than the levels before training, and the PEO group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). After training, the surface electromyographic signals of both groups of patients were stronger than the signals before training, and the PEO group was stronger than the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionRehabilitation training based on PEO mode has obvious rehabilitation effects in the rehabilitation treatment of hemiplegia after stroke, which helps improve the lower extremity function of patients, increase the surface myoelectric signal and improve the level of muscle strength.
