目的分析长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)-miR210HG、SH3BGRL3表达在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者中的临床意义。 方法选取76例NSCLC患者,比较癌组织和癌旁组织中lncRNA-miR210HG和SH3BGRL3 mRNA阳性表达率,并将患者分为阳性组和阴性组。比较lncRNA-miR210HG、SH3BGRL3阳性和阴性表达与临床病理特征的关系。比较各组生存情况。结果癌组织中lncRNA-miR210HG、SH3BGRL3表达水平高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。lncRNA-miR210HG阳性表达者Ⅲ期占比、淋巴结转移占比高于阴性表达者;SH3BGRL3阳性表达者Ⅲ期占比、淋巴结转移占比、低中分化占比高于阴性表达者(P<0.05)。lncRNA-miR210HG、SH3BGRL3阳性组总生存率均低于阴性组(P<0.05)。 结论lncRNA-miR210HG、SH3BGRL3在NSCLC癌组织中高表达,不同表达水平者TNM分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度不同。 |

AimTo analyze the clinical significance of long chain non-coding RNA (lncRNA)- miR210HG and SH3BGRL3 expression in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. Methods76 NSCLC patients were selected, and the positive expression rates of lncRNA-miR210HG and SH3BGRL3 mRNA in cancer tissue and adjacent tissues were compared. The patients were divided into a positive group and a negative group. The relationship between positive and negative expression of lncRNA-miR210HG and SH3BGRL3 and their clinical pathological characteristics was compared. The survival status of each group was also compared. ResultsThe expression levels of lncRNA-miR210HG and SH3BGRL3 in cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues (P<0.05). The proportion of stage Ⅲ and lymph node metastasis in lncRNA-miR210HG positive expression is higher than that in negative expression. The proportion of SH3BGRL3 positive expression in stage Ⅲ, lymph node metastasis, and low to medium differentiation were higher than those in negative expression (P<0.05). The overall survival rates of lncRNA-miR210HG and SH3BGRL3 positive groups were lower than those of the negative group (P<0.05). ConclusionlncRNA-miR210HG and SH3BGRL3 are highly expressed in NSCLC cancer tissue, and different expression levels lead to different TNM stages, lymph node metastasis, and differentiation levels. |
