目的研究攀门拽伸法联合双侧椎弓根穿刺经皮椎体成形术(PVP)对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)患者疗效的影响及其影响因素分析。 方法选择120例OVCF患者作为研究对象,将其均分为对照组与观察组。所有患者均进行双侧椎弓根穿刺PVP治疗,观察组患者在术前采取攀门拽伸法治疗。比较两组患者的手术指标、治疗效果、康复效果。 结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中骨水泥灌注量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后VAS评分、ODI指数低于对照组,cobb角高于对照组;观察组临床优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论攀门拽伸法联合双侧椎弓根穿刺PVP能升高OVCF患者骨折椎体高度,降低后凸角度及降低ODI指数。 |

AimTo study the effect of climbing door stretching combined with pedicle puncture percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) on the curative effect of OVCF patients and the factors influencing the curative effect. Methods120 patients with OVCF were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with pedicle puncture PVP, and the patients in the observation group were treated with door climbing and stretching method on this basis. The differences of operation index, treatment effect, rehabilitation effect and quality of life between the two groups were compared. ResultsThe operative time and intraoperative bone cement perfusion volume of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). After the treatment, VAS score and ODI index were significantly lower than control group, cobb Angle was significantly higher than control group, and the good rate of treatment in observation group was significantly better than control group (P<0.05). The number of fractured vertebrae and bone cement leakage in excellent group were significantly lower than those in non-excellent group (P<0.05). ConclusionIn the treatment of OVCF patients, preoperative pedicle puncture PVP combined with door climbing and extension is adopted to reduce the incidence of bone cement leakage by improving the height of fractured vertebra and kyphotic Angle of patients, which is recommended for clinical promotion. |
