| 目的检测SOX9-AS1在原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)患者血清中的表达水平,并探讨其诊断价值。 方法选择HCC患者、肝硬化(LC)患者、慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者,及同期体检健康者(HC)。采用qRT-PCR检测各组血清SOX9-AS1水平。采用ROC曲线评价血清SOX9-AS1在HCC中的诊断价值。 结果HCC组、LC组、CHB组及HC组血清SOX9-AS1和AFP水平依次降低,HCC组SOX9-AS1和AFP水平最高(P＜0.05)。SOX9-AS1联合AFP对HCC的诊断效能最高(P＜0.05)。 结论原发性肝细胞癌患者血清SOX9-AS1水平升高,血清SOX9-AS1可作为临床辅助诊断HCC的新指标。 |

| AimTo detect the expression of SOX9-AS1 in the serum of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and investigate its diagnostic value. MethodsHCC patients, liver cirrhosis (LC) patients, chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients and healthy individuals (HC) were selected. The expression of SOX9-AS1 in the serum in each group was examined by qRT-PCR. The diagnostic value of SOX9-AS1 was evaluated by ROC curve. ResultsThe relative expression of SOX9-AS1 and AFP level in HCC, LC, CHB and HC were decreased in turn, with the highest level of SOX9-AS1 and AFP in HCC (P＜0.05). Combining SOX9-AS1 and AFP resulted in the highest diagnostic efficiency for HCC (P＜0.05). ConclusionSerum SOX9-AS1 could be a new biomarker for clinical auxiliary diagnosis of HCC. |
