      目的探讨微管不稳定蛋白-1(STMN1)在肛门鳞状上皮内瘤变(AIN)分级诊断中的临床应用价值。 方法选择AIN组织样本作为AIN组(n=33),分为高级别AIN组(n=21)和低级别AIN组(n=12);选择肛门移行区正常黏膜标本为对照组(n=10)。检测各组STMN1、p16、Ki-67阳性表达率及STMN1 mRNA表达水平,分析STMN1 mRNA表达水平对AIN及高级别AIN的诊断价值。 结果AIN组STMN1 mRNA表达水平和阳性表达率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。高级别AIN组织中STMN1 mRNA表达水平和阳性表达率均高于低级别AIN组织(P<0.05)。p16和Ki-67阳性的AIN组织中STMN1 mRNA表达水平和阳性表达率均高于p16和Ki-67阴性的AIN组织(P<0.05)。STMN1 mRNA表达水平对AIN、高级别AIN具有诊断价值(P<0.05)。 结论STNM1高表达参与AIN的发生发展,对AIN发病及分级具有诊断价值。

      AimTo evaluate the clinical value of stathmin-1 (STMN1) in the grading diagnosis of anal intraepithelial neoplasia (AIN). MethodsAIN tissue samples were selected as AIN group (n=33), which were divided into high grade AIN (n=21) and low grade AIN (n=12). Normal mucosal samples from the anal transitional zone were selected as the control group (n=10). The positive expression rate of STMN1, p16 and Ki-67 and the mRNA expression level of STMN1 were detected, and the diagnostic value of STMN1 mRNA expression level in AIN and high-grade AIN was analyzed. ResultsThe mRNA expression level and positive expression rate of STMN1 in AIN group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The mRNA expression level and positive expression rate of STMN1 in high-grade AIN tissues were lower than that in low-grade AIN tissues (P<0.05). The mRNA expression level and positive expression rate of STMN1 in p16 and Ki-67 positive AIN tissues were higher than those in p16 and Ki-67 negative AIN tissues (P<0.05).STMN1 mRNA expression level had diagnostic value for AIN and high-grade AIN (P<0.05). ConclusionThe high expression of STNM1 is involved in the occurrence and development of AIN, and has diagnostic value for the pathogenesis and classification of AIN.
