| 随着世界范围对烟草、酒精危害认识的增加,烟草、酒精等高危因素引起的口咽鳞状细胞癌(OPSCC)的发病率在世界范围内有所下降,但人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)相关性OPSCC的发病率在逐渐上升,其造成的疾病负担也日益加重。目前已经开发了几种用于检测OPSCC中HPV DNA的方法,每种方法在灵敏度、特异度和操作难度上有着各自的优缺点。本文总结了目前具有前景的检测OPSCC中HPV DNA的方法,并对目前的研究进展进行综述。 |

| With the increasing awareness of the harm of tobacco and alcohol worldwide, the incidence of squamous cell carcinoma of the oropharynx (OPSCC) caused by high risk factors such as tobacco and alcohol has decreased worldwide. However, the incidence of human papillomavirus (HPV) -related OPSCC is gradually increasing, and the disease burden caused by HPV is also increasing. Several methods have been developed to detect HPV DNA in OPSCC, and these methods have their own advantages and disadvantages in terms of sensitivity, specificity, and operational difficulty. This article summarizes the current promising methods for the detection of HPV DNA in OPSCC and reviews the current research progress. |
