Three-dimensional reconstruction techniques provide a detailed view of the internal microstructure of the human body and provide comprehensive anatomical information for basic science and clinical research. This paper reviews the iterative reconstruction of tissue structure after embedding, sectioning, staining and computer-aided continuous sectioning of human tissue, and shows the advantages and disadvantages of each step in different methods of the Iterative reconstruction technology of tissue continuous sectioning, in order to provide reference for related research. |
