      目的观察微脉冲激光联合胰激肽原酶治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)的临床疗效。 方法选择DME患者90例,分为对照组(微脉冲激光)和联合组(微脉冲激光+胰激肽原酶)。比较两组治疗前后最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑区中心凹视网膜厚度(CMT)、眼动脉的收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、舒张期末流速(EDV)、阻力指数(RI)和治疗后不良反应。 结果与治疗前比较,治疗后不同时间两组患者BCVA均提高,CMT均降低,且联合组变化相较于对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后不同时间两组患者PSV、EDV均提高,RI均降低,且联合组变化相较于对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。 结论微脉冲激光联合胰激肽原酶治疗DME可有效促进视功能恢复,改善眼底血流动力学状况,提高临床疗效。

      AimTo observe the clinical efficacy of micro-pulse laser combined with pancreatic kininogenase on diabetic macular edema (DME). Methods90 DME patients were selected and divided into control group (patients received macular micropulse laser photocoagulation) and combined group (on the basis of macular micropulse laser photocoagulation therapy plus kallikrein enteric-coated tablets). The best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), central macular retinal thickness (CMT) in the macular area, ophthalmic artery peak systolic velocity (PSV), end-diastolic velocity (EDV), and resistance index (RI) of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared. The adverse reactions were also observed. ResultsCompared with before treatment, the BCVA and the CMT in both groups at different times were better after treatment, and the changes in the combination group were more significant than that in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the PSV and the EDV of the two groups increased and the RI decreased at different times after treatment. These changes in the combination group were more significant compared with the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionMicro-pulsed laser combined with pancreatic kininogenase in the treatment of DME can effectively promote the recovery of visual function and improve the fundus hemodynamics and the clinical effect.
