目的探讨生物反馈电刺激疗法联合阴道锥体训练在盆底重建术后患者中的应用。 方法回顾性选择96例行盆底重建术患者,根据术后不同干预方法将其分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=49),对照组术后予以阴道锥体训练干预,观察组术后予以生物反馈电刺激疗法联合阴道锥体训练干预,比较两组盆底肌力、盆底肌电活动、尿动力学指标、生活质量。 结果干预6个月后,观察组阴道收缩压、静息压、腹压漏尿点压力、最大尿道闭合压、健康调查简表评分、Ⅰ类及Ⅱ类肌纤维电位均高于对照组,阴道收缩持续时间长于对照组,最大尿流率低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论生物反馈电刺激疗法联合阴道锥体训练可改善盆底重建术后患者的盆底肌力、肌电活动及尿动力学指标,提高患者生活质量。 |

AimTo explore the application of biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy combined with vaginal cone training in patients after pelvic floor reconstruction surgery. MethodsRetrospective selection of 96 patients undergoing pelvic floor reconstruction surgery was conducted. They were divided into a control group (n=47) and an observation group (n=49) based on different postoperative intervention methods. The control group received vaginal cone training intervention after surgery, while the observation group received biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy combined with vaginal cone training intervention after surgery. Pelvic floor muscle strength, pelvic floor electromyographic activity, urodynamic indicators, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. ResultsAfter 6 months of intervention, the observation group had higher vaginal systolic pressure, resting pressure, abdominal leak point pressure, maximum urethral closure pressure, health survey summary score, and average potential of Class Ⅰ and Ⅱ muscle fibers than the control group. The duration of vaginal contraction was longer than the control group, and the maximum urine flow rate was lower than the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionBiofeedback electrical stimulation therapy combined with vaginal cone training can improve pelvic floor muscle strength, electromyographic activity, and urodynamic indicators in patients after pelvic floor reconstruction surgery, and improve their quality of life. |
