      目的观察抗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)治疗对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者肠道菌群及疾病活动的影响。 方法选取UC患者60例,根据Hp检查结果分为Hp(+)组和Hp(-)组各30例,同时纳入健康体检者30例为对照组。比较各组UC疾病活动状态和不同活动状态下的肠道微生物分布;评估抗Hp治疗对UC患者严重活动状态及肠道微生物的影响。 结果治疗前和治疗后UC患者Hp(+)与Hp(-)的疾病活动程度存在差异(P<0.05)。治疗前后不同Hp检测结果和治疗前不同疾病活动度UC患者酵母菌(SM)、拟杆菌(BD)、乳杆菌(LC)、双歧杆菌(BF)、消化球菌(PC)菌群数量明显高于对照组,而真杆菌(EU)菌群数量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);且治疗前随疾病活动度增加,上述变化更明显,治疗前Hp(-)UC患者较Hp(+)UC患者上述变化更明显(P<0.05)。 结论抗Hp治疗可能会诱发及加重Hp(+)的UC疾病活动。

      AimTo observe the effect of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and anti-Hp treatment on intestinal flora and disease activity in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC). MethodsA total of 60 UC patients were selected and divided into Hp (+) group and Hp (-) group with 30 cases in each group according to Hp test results. 30 healthy subjects were included as control group. The status of UC disease activity and the distribution of intestinal microorganisms under different status were compared. The effects of anti-Hp therapy on severe activity status and intestinal microbiome in UC patients were evaluated. ResultsThere is a difference in disease activity between Hp (+) and Hp (-) in UC patients before and after treatment (P<0.05). The number of yeast (SM), Bacteroides (BD), Lactobacillus (LC), Bifidobacterium (BF), and Enterococcus (PC) microbiota in UC patients with different disease activity levels before and after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the number of Escherichia coli (EU) microbiota was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); And as the disease activity increases before treatment, the above changes are more significant. Before treatment, the above changes are more significant in Hp (-) UC patients than in Hp (+) UC patients (P<0.05). ConclusionAnti-hp therapy may induce and aggravate UC disease activity of Hp (+).
