目的观察阴道Er:YAG激光联合生物反馈电刺激对女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)患者的临床疗效与安全性。 方法选取女性SUI患者100例,按治疗方式均分为联合组(阴道Er:YAG激光+生物反馈电刺激治疗)和对照组(生物反馈电刺激治疗)。比较两组治疗前与治疗后国际尿失禁咨询委员会问卷(ICIQ-SF)、1 h尿垫试验、Q棉签检测、超声测量残余尿量、盆底肌力检测及组织病理检查结果。 结果联合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组ICIQ-SF评分、1 h尿垫试验、Q棉签检测、超声测量残余尿量均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组间盆底Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力均较治疗前提高,且联合组Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论阴道Er:YAG激光联合生物反馈电刺激治疗女性SUI的效果良好,值得临床推广。 |

AimTo observe the clinical efficacy and safety of vaginal Er:YAG laser combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in female patients with stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Methods100 female SUI patients were selected and divided into a combination group (vaginal Er:YAG laser+biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment) and a control group (biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment) according to the treatment method. The ICIQ-SF scores, 1-hour urine pad test, Q-swab test, residual urine volume were measured by ultrasound, pelvic floor muscle strength test, and histopathological examination, and the results between the two groups before and after treatment were compared. ResultsThe total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The ICIQ-SF score, 1-hour urine pad test, Q-swab test, and residual urine volume measured by ultrasound in the combined group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The muscle strength of Class Ⅰ and Ⅱ pelvic floor muscle fibers in the two groups was increased compared with that before treatment, and the muscle strength of Class Ⅱ muscle fibers in the combined group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe combination of Er:YAG laser and biofeedback electrical stimulation has a good effect in the treatment of female SUI and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
