| 目的分析粉尘螨滴剂联合鼻腔负压冲洗对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)伴变应性鼻炎(AR)术后鼻纤毛功能及炎症因子的影响。 方法将86例CRS伴AR术后患者随机分为两组,对照组予以鼻腔负压冲洗,试验组采用粉尘螨滴剂联合鼻腔负压冲洗治疗。评价两组治疗效果、鼻纤毛功能及炎症因子变化。 结果试验组治疗后症状评分、鼻内镜评分及肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1β、γ干扰素水平均低于对照组(P＜0.05),纤毛细胞/杯状细胞数量比值、鼻黏膜纤维传输速率均高于对照组(P＜0.05)。试验组总有效率高于对照组,术后1年内复发率低于对照组(P＜0.05)。 结论对CRS伴AR术后予以粉尘螨滴剂联合鼻腔负压冲洗不仅可减轻症状、增强疗效,还可以减少复发。 |

| AimTo analyze the effect of dermatophagoidesfarinae drops combined with negative pressure nasal irrigation on nasal cilia function and inflammatory factors in patients after surgery for chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) with allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods86 patients with CRS and AR were divided into 2 groups according to random number table. The control group was treated with negative pressure nasal irrigation. The experimental group was treated with dermatophagoidesfarinae drops combined with negative pressure nasal irrigation. The therapeutic effect, the function of nasal cilia and the changes of inflammatory factors in 2 groups were evaluated. ResultsSymptom score, nasal endoscopy score, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and interferon-γ (TNF-γ) levels in experimental groups were lower than those in control group after treatment (P＜0.05). The ratio of ciliated cells to goblet cells and the transmission rate of nasal mucosa fibers were higher than those in control group (P＜0.05). The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group, and the recurrence rate within 1 year after operation was lower than that of control group (P＜0.05). ConclusionDermatophagoidesfarinae drops combined with negative pressure nasal irrigation in chronic rhinosinusitis with allergic rhinitis after operation can reduce symptoms, enhance curative effect, and reduce recurrence. |
