      目的探讨空腹血清果糖暴露对老年人群骨代谢细胞因子的影响。 方法对社区居民进行空腹血清果糖检测,从其中随机筛选出37名果糖高暴露老年人作为研究对象,并严格按照年龄及性别为其匹配37名未检出血清果糖的居民作为对照,应用流式细胞仪检测研究对象空腹血清中的骨保护素(OPG)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)、血小板衍生因子(PDGF-BB)、肝/骨/肾碱性磷酸酶(ALPL)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5(ACP5)、瘦素(leptin)、核因子-κB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、IL-1β、骨形态发生蛋白2(BMP-2)和dickkopf WNT信号通路抑制剂1(DKK-1)等与骨代谢相关的细胞因子,分析果糖暴露对上述细胞因子的影响。 结果与未检出空腹血清果糖的老年人群相比,果糖高暴露老年人群血清OPN、ALPL、IL-6、DKK-1显著升高(P<0.05),其中OPN增加2.39倍。Logistic回归分析结果显示,血清果糖与上述13个骨代谢相关细胞因子之间的关联关系均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论果糖可能通过OPN、ALPL、IL-6和DKK-1等细胞因子干扰老年人群骨代谢。

      AimTo investigate the effect of fasting serum fructose exposure on bone metabolism-associated cytokines in the elderly population. MethodsFasting serum fructose testing was performed among community residents, and 37 elderly individuals exposed to high fructose were randomly selected as the study subjects. Thirty-seven residents with barely detectable serum fructose were matched strictly as the control group according to age and gender. The serum levels of osteoprotegerin (OPG), osteopontin (OPN), platelet derived factor (PDGF-BB), liver/bone/kidney alkaline phosphatase (ALPL), tartaric acid resistant acid phosphatase 5 (ACP5), leptin, nuclear factor-κB receptor activating factor ligand (RANKL), tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), parathyroid hormone (PTH), IL-1β, bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP-2) and dickkopf WNT signaling pathway inhibitor 1 (DKK-1) were measured by using flow cytometry. ResultsCompared with the elderly population with no detectable fasting serum fructose, the serum OPN, ALPL, IL-6, and DKK-1 in the elderly population with high fructose exposure were significantly increased (P<0.05), and among them, OPN increased by 2.39 times. The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that there was no statistically significant correlation between serum fructose and the 13 bone metabolism related cytokines mentioned above (P>0.05). ConclusionFructose may interfere with bone metabolism in the elderly population through cytokines such as OPN, ALPL, IL-6, and DKK-1.
