目的观察激素替代周期方案对薄型子宫内膜患者冻融胚胎移植(FET)结局的影响。 方法将84例薄型子宫内膜FET患者根据不同方案分为自然周期组45例与激素替代周期组39例。比较两组移植周期特征、子宫内膜血流参数[子宫动脉搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)、收缩期/舒张期血流比值(S/D)]、性激素水平[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)]、妊娠率及妊娠结局。 结果自然周期组与激素替代周期组移植周期特征、移植日血清FSH与LH水平以及妊娠率、妊娠结局比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与自然周期组比较,激素替代周期组移植日PI、RI、S/D及血清E2水平升高(P<0.05)。 结论激素替代周期与自然周期子宫内膜方案均能改善薄型子宫内膜患者冻融胚胎移植结局,但激素替代周期方案效果更优。 |

AimTo investigate the effect of hormone replacement cycle regimen on the outcome of froze embryo transfer (FET) in patients with thin endometrium. MethodsAccording to different regimens, 84 patients with thin endometrial FET were divided into natural cycle group (45 cases) and hormone replacement cycle group (39 cases). The characteristics of transplantation cycle, endometrial blood flow parameters [uterine artery pulsation (PI), resistance index (RI), systolic/diastolic blood flow ratio (S/D)], sex hormone levels [follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2)], pregnancy rate and pregnancy outcome were compared between these two groups. ResultsThere was no significant difference in the characteristics of transplantation cycle, serum FSH and LH levels on the day of transplantation, pregnancy rate, pregnancy outcome between the natural cycle group and the hormone replacement cycle group (P>0.05). Compared with the natural cycle group, PI, RI, S/D and serum E2 level on transplantation day in the hormone replacement cycle group was increased (P<0.05). ConclusionBoth hormone replacement cycle and natural cycle endometrial regimens can improve the outcome of freeze-thaw embryo transfer in patients with thin endometrium, but hormone replacement cycle regimens are more effective. |
