      目的探讨C反应蛋白/白蛋白(CRP/ALB)、淋巴细胞与单核细胞比值(LMR)对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)内镜下病情严重程度的评估价值。 方法收集189例UC患者,根据内镜下严重程度指数评分分为缓解组和活动组(包括轻度组、中度组和重度组),比较各组CRP/ALB、LMR和白细胞计数(WBC),采用ROC曲线分析CRP/ALB、LMR对UC内镜下病情严重程度的评估价值。 结果活动组患者WBC、CRP/ALB水平高于缓解组,LMR水平低于缓解组,且随内镜下病情严重程度增加趋势更明显(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,CRP/ALB、LMR单独及联合检测对UC内镜下病情严重程度均有预测价值,且联合检测的预测价值最高(P<0.05)。 结论LMR、CRP/ALB联合检测对UC内镜下病情严重程度有良好预测效能,可作为临床评估UC内镜下活动和重度UC的辅助指标。

      AimTo investigate the value of C-reactive protein/albumin (CRP/ALB) and lymphocyte to monocyte ratio (LMR) in evaluating the severity of ulcerative colitis (UC) under endoscopy. MethodsA total of 189 UC patients were collected and divided into remission group and active group (including mild group, moderate group and severe group) according to the endoscopic severity index scores. CRP/ALB, LMR and white blood cell count (WBC) were compared among different groups. ROC curve was used to analyze the value of CRP/ALB and LMR in evaluating the severity of UC under endoscopy. ResultsThe levels of WBC and CRP/ALB in the active group were higher than those in the remission group, and the level of LMR was lower than that in the remission group. The increasing trend was more obvious with the severity of endoscopic disease (P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that CRP/ALB, LMR alone and combined detection had predictive value for the severity of UC endoscopic disease, and the combined detection had the highest predictive value (P<0.05). ConclusionThe combined detection of LMR and CRP/ALB has a good effect on the severity of UC under endoscopy, and can be used as an auxiliary index for clinical evaluation of UC endoscopic activity and severe UC.
