目的探究慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清肌钙蛋白(cTnI)、可溶性信号素4D(sSema4D)、生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)变化及其与心功能、心室重构(VR)的关系。 方法选择CHF患者153例(CHF组)和体检健康者50例(健康组),将CHF患者按心功能分为Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组;比较各组血清cTnI、sSema4D、GDF-15及VR相关指标水平;分析cTnI、sSema4D、GDF-15与VR相关指标的相关性。 结果与健康组比较,CHF组血清cTnI、sSema4D、GDF-15、左心室舒张期末内径(LVEDD)和左心房收缩期末内径(LAD)升高,左心室射血分数(LVEF)和左心室短轴缩短率(FS)降低,且随心功能分级增加上述变化更显著(P<0.05)。CHF组cTnI、sSema4D、GDF-15与LVEF、FS呈负相关,与LVEDD、LAD呈正相关(P<0.05)。 结论血清cTnI、sSema4D、GDF-15水平与CHF患者心功能及VR相关。 |

AimTo investigate the changes of serum troponin (cTnI), soluble semma4D (sSema4D) and growth differentiation factor-15 (GDF-15) in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and their relationship with cardiac function and ventricular remodeling (VR). MethodsA total of 153 patients with CHF and 50 healthy controls were enrolled as CHF group and healthy group, respectively. According to grading of cardiac function, CHF patients were divided into group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ. The levels of serum cTnI, sSema4D, GDF-15 and VR related indexes in different groups were compared. The correlation between cTnI, sSema4D, GDF-15 and VR related indexes was analyzed. ResultsCompared with healthy group, serum cTnI, sSema4D, GDF-15, left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD) and left atrial diameter (LAD) were increased, while left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and fraction shortening (FS) were decreased in CHF group (P<0.05). With the increase of cardiac function grade, changes of the above indexes were more significant (P<0.05). The levels of serum cTnI, sSema4D and GDF-15 were negatively correlated with LVEF and FS, while positively correlated with LVEDD and LAD (P<0.05). ConclusionThe levels of serum cTnI, sSema4D and GDF-15 are correlated with cardiac function and VR in CHF patients. |
