| 目的探讨大学生心理健康素养与抑郁的相关性。 方法选取湖南某高校大学生共4 932人,应用国民心理健康素养问卷、PHQ-9抑郁筛查量表进行问卷调查。采用趋势卡方检验、Pearson相关分析及二元Logistic回归方法分析心理健康素养与抑郁的相关性。 结果心理健康素养与抑郁症状程度间存在线性关系。Pearson相关分析结果显示,PHQ-9得分与心理健康素养得分呈负相关(P＜0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,低水平的心理健康素养为抑郁症状发生的危险因素(P＜0.05)。 结论大学生心理健康素养与抑郁密切相关。关注心理健康素养对大学生的心理健康管理工作具有重要意义。 |

| AimTo explore the correlation between mental health literacy and depressive symptoms in college students. MethodsA total of 4 932 college students from a university in Hunan province were selected as the survey subjects. The National Mental Health Literacy Questionnaire was used to assess the level of mental health literacy, and the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 was used to evaluate the degree of depressive symptoms. This study compared qualitative data between groups using the χ2 test,and used Pearson correlation analysis, trend χ2 test, and Logistic regression analysis to investigate the correlation between mental health literacy and depression. ResultsThere is a linear relationship between mental health literacy and the degree of depression. The Pearson correlation analysis showed a negative correlation between the PHQ-9 questionnaire and the mental health literacy questionnaire (P＜0.05). The Logistic regression analysis revealed that low levels of mental health literacy were risk factors for the occurrence of depressive symptoms (P＜0.05). ConclusionThe level of mental health literacy among college students is closely related with depressive symptoms. Paying attention to the level of mental health literacy is of great significance for the management of college students' mental health. |
