| 目的探讨结直肠癌(CRC)组织中肿瘤相关中性粒细胞(TAN)和白细胞介素-17a(IL-17a)的临床病理意义及CRC预后的危险因素。 方法回顾性选取本院接受手术治疗的100例CRC患者作为研究对象,收集患者术中切除肿瘤组织,并通过HE染色法检测肿瘤标本TAN浸润情况；通过免疫组化法检测肿瘤组织中IL-17a表达水平,并分析TNA浸润和IL-17a与CRC临床病理特征的关系,Kaplan-Meier法分析TNA浸润和IL-17a与结直肠癌患者生存期之间的关系；Logistic多因素分析患者预后影响因素。 结果TAN浸润和高表达的IL-17a与高临床分期、发生淋巴结转移和短的生存时间相关(P＜0.05)。TAN浸润和高表达IL-17a的CRC患者总生存率低于无TAN浸润和低表达IL-17a者(P＜0.05)。高年龄、中高分化程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期,TAN浸润、IL-17a高表达是CRC总生存期的独立危险因素。 结论TAN浸润与高表达IL-17a与CRC肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移和较低的总生存率相关,对于判断CRC患者治疗效果及预后具有一定临床价值。 |

| AimTo investigate the clinicopathological significance and prognostic value of tumor-associated neutrophils (TAN) and interleukin-17a (IL-17A) in colorectal cancer (CRC). MethodsA total of 100 patients with CRC who received surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. Tumor tissue blocks were collected from patients, and the infiltration of TAN in tumor specimens was detected by HE staining. The expression of IL-17a in tumor tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship among TAN infiltration, IL-17a and clinicopathological features of CRC was analyzed. Kaplan-meier method was used to analyze the relationship among TAN infiltration, IL-17a and overall survival of colorectal cancer patients. Multivariate Logistic analysis was used to analyze the prognostic factors. ResultsTAN infiltration and higher IL-17a expression were associated with higher clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and shorter survival (P＜0.05), and the overall survival rate of CRC patients with TAN infiltration and high IL-17A expression was significantly lower than that of CRC patients without TAN infiltration and low IL-17a expression (P＜0.05); Higher age, neutrophil infiltration and higher expression of IL-17a are independent risk factors for overall survival of CRC. ConclusionTumor-associated neutrophil infiltration and higher expression of IL-17a are associated with tumor stage, lymph node metastasis and lower overall survival rate in CRC patients, which has certain clinical value in determining the treatment effect and prognosis of CRC patients. |
