      目的研究超长链脂肪酸延伸酶2基因(ELOVL2)和溶质载体蛋白家族11A成员1基因(SLC11A1)单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与新疆维吾尔族人群结核病(TB)易感性的相关性。 方法选择维吾尔族TB患者178例为TB组,142例健康人为对照组。采用高通量测序检测各组ELOVL2基因rs1570069、rs2236212、rs3798719位点和SLC11A1基因rs17235409、rs17235416位点的多态性,分析不同遗传模型下基因多态性与TB易感性的相关性。 结果两组间各位点基因型、等位基因分布的差异ELOVL2无显著性(P>0.05),而SLC11A1有显著性(P<0.05)。隐性遗传模型下,rs17235409的GA+AA基因型、rs17235416的AT+TT基因型是TB的危险因素;超显性遗传模型下,rs17235409的GG+AA基因型、rs17235416的AA+TT基因型是TB的保护因素(P<0.05)。 结论ELOVL2基因多态性与新疆维吾尔族人群TB易感性可能不相关;SLC11A1基因多态性与新疆维吾尔族人群TB易感性可能相关。

      AimTo investigate the association of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the extra long chain fatty acid elongase 2 gene (ELOVL2) and the solute carrier protein family 11A member 1 gene (SLC11A1) with susceptibility to tuberculosis (TB) in the Xinjiang Uyghur population. MethodsOne hundred and seventy-eight Uyghur TB patients were selected as the TB group and 142 healthy individuals as the control group. High-throughput sequencing was used to detect the polymorphisms of ELOVL2 gene rs1570069, rs2236212, rs3798719 loci and SLC11A1 gene rs17235409, rs17235416 loci in each group, in order to analyze the correlation between gene polymorphisms and TB susceptibility under different genetic models. ResultsThere was no significant difference in the genotype and allele distribution of ELOVL2 between the two groups (P>0.05), but there was significant difference in the genotype and allele distribution of SLC11A1 (P<0.05). The GA+AA genotype of rs17235409 and the AT+TT genotype of rs17235416 were risk factors for TB under the recessive genetic model, and the GG+AA genotype of rs17235409 and the AA+TT genotype of rs17235416 were protective factors for TB under the super dominant genetic model (P<0.05). ConclusionThe polymorphism of SLC11A1 gene, but not ELOVL2 gene, may be associated with TB susceptibility in Xinjiang Uyghur population.
