| 环状RNA(circRNA)是由前体mRNA反向剪接而产生的共价闭合RNA分子,在疾病中发挥着重要的调控作用。circRNA有潜力成为新型生物标志物,在肿瘤早期诊断、治疗和预后方面发挥重要作用。circRNA可以作为竞争性内源RNA(ceRNA),通过与miRNA相互作用,进而参与基因的转录后调控。本文重点概述了circRNA作为ceRNA调控结直肠癌发生发展的机制,以求能为结直肠癌的诊断与治疗拓展新视野。 |

| Circular RNA (circRNA) are covalently closed RNA molecules produced by pre-mRNA back-splicing, which palys an crucial regulatory role in human diseases. circRNA have the potential to become novel biomarkers that play an important role in the early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of tumors. circRNA can interact with miRNA as competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) to participate in the post-transcriptional regulation of genes. This review focuses on the mechanism of circRNA as ceRNA regulating the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer, in order to expand a new vision for the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer. |
