目的生物反馈电刺激技术联合药物治疗对盆底重建术后盆底功能的影响。 方法选取行盆底重建术患者147例,分为电刺激组(生物反馈电刺激技术)、药物组(药物)和联合组(生物反馈电刺激技术+药物)。比较各组临床疗效、盆底肌力、盆底肌电活动、尿动力学指标及生活质量,并记录不良反应发生情况。 结果联合组治疗总有效率高于电刺激组和药物组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,各组治疗后盆底肌力均有改善,盆底肌电值、腹压漏尿点压力、最大尿道闭合压均升高,最大尿流率降低;且联合组以上变化更为明显(P<0.05)。治疗后与电刺激组、药物组比较,联合组生活质量评分提高更明显(P<0.05);各组不良反应发生率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论生物反馈电刺激技术联合药物治疗可促进盆底重建术后盆底功能的恢复,具有临床应用价值。 |

AimTo investigate the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation technology combined with drug therapy on pelvic floor function after pelvic floor reconstruction surgery. Methods147 patients undergoing pelvic floor reconstruction surgery were divided into three groups:electrical stimulation group (biofeedback electrical stimulation technology), drug group (drugs) and combined group (biofeedback electrical stimulation technology+drugs). The clinical efficacy, pelvic floor muscle strength, pelvic floor myoelectric activity, urodynamic indexes and quality of life were compared between the groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded. ResultsThe total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the electric stimulation group and the drug group (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the pelvic floor muscle strength improved in all groups after treatment, with an increase in pelvic floor electromyography, abdominal pressure leak point pressure, maximum urethral closure pressure, while a decrease in maximum urinary flow rate; And the above changes were more significant in the combined group (P<0.05). After treatment, compared with the electric stimulation group and drug group, the combined group showed a more significant improvement in quality of life score (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the groups (P>0.05). ConclusionBiofeedback electrical stimulation technology combined with drug therapy can promote the recovery of pelvic floor function after pelvic floor reconstruction surgery, and has clinical application value. |
