| 目的研究慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者外周血长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)SOX2-OT和miR-2355-3p表达水平及意义。 方法选择90例CHF患者(CHF组)和100例体检健康者(对照组),CHF组按心功能分级分亚组。分析外周血lncRNA SOX2-OT、miR-2355-3p水平,及与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)的相关性。比较不同lncRNA SOX2-OT和miR-2355-3p表达水平者主要不良心血管事件(MACE)。ROC曲线分析lncRNA SOX2-OT和miR-2355-3p对CHF患者MACE的预测价值。 结果与对照组比较,CHF组lncRNA SOX2-OT升高,miR-2355-3p降低,且NYHA分级越高,上述变化越明显(P＜0.05)。lncRNA SOX2-OT、miR-2355-3p、hs-CRP、NT-proBNP、LVEF间存在相关性(P＜0.05)。MACE发生率lncRNA SOX2-OT高表达者高于低表达者,miR-2355-3p低表达者高于高表达者(P＜0.05)。lncRNA SOX2-OT、miR-2355-3p对CHF患者MACE具有良好的预测价值。 结论CHF患者外周血lncRNA SOX2-OT增加、miR-2355-3p降低,其变化对CHF预后具有预测价值。 |

| AimTo study the relationship between long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) SOX2-OT and microRNA (miR)-2355-3p in peripheral blood of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) and its significance. Methods90 patients with CHF(CHF group) and 100 healthy volunteers(control group) were selected, the CHF group was divided into subgroups according to cardiac function grade. The correlation of the levels of lncRNA SOX2-OT and miR-2355-3p in peripheral blood, and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), N-terminal B-type brain natriuretic peptide precursor (NT-proBNP), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)were analyzed. The major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) of CHF patients with different levels of lncRNA SOX2-OT and miR-2355-3pwere compared. ROC curve was used to analyze the predictive value of lncRNA SOX2-OT and miR-2355-3p for MACE in CHF patients. ResultsCompared with control group, lncRNA SOX2-OT increased, miR-2355-3p decreased, and the higher the NYHA grading, the more significant the above changes were (P＜0.05). There was a correlation between lncRNA SOX2-OT, miR-2355-3p, hs CRP, NT proBNP, LVEF (P＜0.05). The incidence of MACE was higher in lncRNA SOX2-OT overexpressing individuals than in low expressing individuals, and higher in miR-2355-3p overexpressing individuals than in high expressing individuals. LncRNA SOX2-OT and miR-2355-3p had good predictive value for MACE of CHF patients (P＜0.05). ConclusionThe levels of lncRNA SOX2-OT increases and the levels of miR-2355-3p decreases in peripheral blood of patients with CHF, which have predictive value for prognosis of CHF. |
