| 目的观察美皮贴软聚硅酮伤口接触层敷料(泡沫敷料)结合自粘弹力绷带对小儿隐匿性阴茎矫正术后恢复的影响。 方法选取本院行隐匿性阴茎矫正术患儿108例,根据术后固定方式均分为常规固定组及泡沫敷料组。常规固定组采用常规自粘弹力绷带固定,泡沫敷料组采用泡沫敷料覆盖后常规固定。比较两组患儿术后切口愈合时间、住院时间、术后7天换药次数、切口周缘发痒次数和并发症发生情况；比较两组术后1天、3天、5天疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和水肿程度。采用Logistics回归分析患儿并发症发生的影响因素。 结果泡沫敷料组切口愈合时间、术后7天换药次数、切口周缘发痒次数、术后并发症发生率均低于常规固定组(P＜0.05)。两组患儿VAS评分、水肿程度评分均随时间呈递减趋势,且泡沫敷料组优于常规固定组(P＜0.05)。术后并发症与VAS评分、水肿程度均呈正相关(P＜0.05)；高VAS评分为患儿发生术后并发症的危险因素。 结论采用泡沫敷料结合自粘弹力绷带有利于小儿隐匿性阴茎矫正术后恢复,降低并发症发生率。 |

| AimTo investigate the effect of Mepile soft polysilicone wound contact layer dressing (foam dressing) combined with self-adhesive elastic bandage on the recovery of pediatric occult penile correction. Methods108 children who underwent covert penile correction were selected and divided into conventional fixation group and foam dressing group according to postoperative fixation methods. The conventional fixation group was fixed with conventional self-adhesive elastic bandage, and the foam dressing group was covered with foam dressing and fixed routinely. Incision healing time, hospital stay, dressing changes within 7 days after surgery, times the incision edge itches and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Visual analog scale (VAS) and swelling degree were compared between the two groups at 1,3 and 5 days after surgery. Logistics regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of complications in children. ResultsThe wound healing time, dressing changes within 7 days after surgery, times the incision edge itches and postoperative complication rate in foam dressing group were all lower than those in conventional fixation group (P＜0.05). The VAS score and swelling degree of the two groups showed a decreasing trend over time, and the foam dressing group was better than the conventional fixation group (P＜0.05). Postoperative complications were positively correlated with VAS score and swelling degree (P＜0.05). High VAS score was a risk factor for postoperative complications. ConclusionThe use of foam dressing combined with self-adhesive elastic bandage is beneficial to the recovery of children with concealed penis after correction and reduces the incidence of complications. |
