目的基于限制性立方样条模型分析冠心病伴2型糖尿病患者外周血miR-6089水平与冠状动脉狭窄程度的关系。 方法选取本院冠心病伴2型糖尿病患者183例为研究对象。采用Gensini总分评估冠状动脉狭窄程度,分析冠状动脉重度狭窄的影响因素。分析miR-6089水平评估冠心病伴2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉狭窄程度的价值及其与Gensini评分的相关性。 结果糖尿病病程延长及糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白水平升高是冠心病伴2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉重度狭窄独立危险因素,miR-6089水平提高是重度狭窄的保护因素(P<0.05);miR-6089评估冠心病伴2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉狭窄程度的AUC值为0.784;冠心病伴2型糖尿病患者miR-6089水平连续变化与Gensini评分呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。 结论冠心病伴2型糖尿病患者外周血miR-6089水平降低会增加患者冠状动脉重度狭窄风险,通过检测miR-6089水平有助于分析患者冠状动脉狭窄程度。 |

AimThe relationship between the level of miR-6089 in peripheral blood and the degree of coronary stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes was analyzed based on the restricted cubic spline model. MethodsA total of 183 patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as the research subjects. The Gensini total score was used to evaluate the degree of coronary stenosis, and the influencing factors of severe coronary stenosis and the correlation between the degree of coronary stenosis and the influencing factors were analyzed.To analyze the value of miR-6089 level in evaluating the degree of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus and its correlation with Gensini score. ResultsProlonged duration of diabetes and elevated levels of glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride, and low-density lipoprotein were independent risk factors for severe coronary stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus, and increased miR-6089 level was a protective factor for severe stenosis (P<0.05). The AUC value of miR-6089 to evaluate the degree of coronary stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes was 0.784. There was a dose-response relationship between the continuous changes of miR-6089 levels and Gensini scores in patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes. ConclusionThe decreased level of miR-6089 in peripheral blood of patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes increases the risk of severe coronary stenosis. By detecting the level of miR-6089, it is helpful to analyze the degree of coronary stenosis in patients. |
