| 目的分析激光光凝下安体舒通与卵磷脂络合碘联合治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)疗效。 方法选取收治的CSC患者158例,随机分为对照组(79例79眼,激光光凝+卵磷脂络合碘)、观察组(79例80眼,安体舒通+卵磷脂络合碘),比较两组疗效、视力、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度(CFT)、眼底光学相干断层扫描(OCT)、微视野检查结果、复发率及不良反应。 结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗第2、4、12周,观察组最佳矫正视力(BCVA)均低于对照组(P＜0.05),观察组治疗第4、12周CFT低于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗第4、12周观察组的光敏感度高于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组治疗结束时固视稳定性优于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组6个月内复发率低于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组均无严重不良反应。 结论激光光凝下安体舒通与卵磷脂络合碘联合治疗CSC疗效较好,安全性可靠。 |

| AimTo analyze the efficacy of laser photocoagulation assisted spironolactone combined with lecithinbound iodine in the treatment of patients with central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC). Methods158 patients with CSC were randomly divided into the control group (79 patients, 79 eyes, laser photocoagulation and lecithin-bound iodine) and the observation group (79 patients, 80 eyes, spironolactone combined with lecithin-bound iodine). Efficacy, visual acuity, CFT, OCT, microperimetry results, recurrence rate and adverse reactions were compared between the groups. ResultsThe total treatment response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). In the 2nd, 4th and 12th week of treatment, the observation group had lower BCVA than the control group (P＜0.05). In the 4th and 12th week of treatment, the observation group had smaller CFT than the control group (P＜0.05). The observation group had higher light sensitivity than the control group in the 4th and 12th week of treatment (P＜0.05). The observation group had better fixation stability than the control group at the end of treatment (P＜0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group within 6 month was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). No serious adverse reactions were observed in either group. ConclusionThe treatment of CSC by laser photocoagulation combined with acantholactone and lecithin complex iodine is effective and safe. |
