| 目的分析清远地区生殖道炎症和不孕不育患者中沙眼衣原体(CT)和淋病奈瑟菌(NG)的感染状况。 方法选取本院就诊的生殖道炎症患者14 762例和不孕不育患者15 450例,采用荧光PCR定性检测患者泌尿生殖道分泌物中的CT和NG感染情况。 结果生殖道炎症患者中CT、NG感染率分别为12.56%和6.30%,且男性高于女性(P＜0.05)。不孕不育患者中CT、NG感染率分别为5.34%和0.27%,CT感染率女性高于男性(P＜0.05)。在CT、NG感染患者中,≤18岁者感染率高于其他各年龄段(P＜0.05)；各年龄段之间感染率比较,差异均有显著性(P＜0.05)。 结论清远地区泌尿生殖道炎症及不孕不育人群中CT和NG的感染率以≤18岁患者最高。 |

| AimTo investigate the infection status of Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG) in urogenital tract inflammation patients and infertility patients in Qingyuan area. Methods14 762 patients with reproductive tract inflammation and 15 450 infertile patients admitted to our hospital were selected, CT and NG of urogenital secretions were detected by fluorescence PCR. ResultsThe infection rates of CT and NG in patients with reproductive tract inflammation were 12.56% and 6.30%, respectively, and both males were higher than females (P＜0.05). The infection rates of CT and NG in infertile patients were 5.34% and 0.27%, respectively. The CT infection rate in women was higher than that in men (P＜0.05). Among patients with CT and NG infection rates, those ≤18 years old were higher than those in other age groups (P＜0.05); There were significant differences in infection rates among different age groups (P＜0.05). ConclusionThe infection rates of CT and NG in patients with urogenital inflammation and infertility in Qingyuan area are the highest in patients ≤18 years old. |
