新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(NHIE)是指由于围产期多种不良因素引起患儿大脑部分或完全缺氧以及脑血流减少所导致的脑损伤疾病。缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)是调节细胞适应缺氧环境的转录因子。在NHIE中,HIF-1α的表达对神经功能具有双向调节作用,主要与大脑缺血缺氧时间和程度有关。本文综述HIF-1α调控下游基因在NHIE中的具体机制。 |

AimNeonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (NHIE) refers to the brain injury disease caused by partial or complete hypoxia and decreased cerebral blood flow in newborn due to various adverse factors in the perinatal period. Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) is a transcription factor that plays a key role in cellular adaptation to a hypoxic environment. In NHIE, HIF-1α has bidirectional effects on neurological function due to different duration and degree of cerebral ischemia and hypoxia.This article mainly describes HIF-1 α Regulate the specific mechanism of downstream genes in NHIE. |
