| 肺炎支原体(MP)是能在无生命培养基中生长繁殖的一类原核细胞型微生物,是人类原发性非典型肺炎的主要病原体之一。核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体介导的炎症反应与MP感染的发生和发展密切相关,本文通过阐述NLRP3炎症小体激活途径,探讨其与肺炎支原体的关系；总结中医药调控NLRP3炎症小体,减少炎症细胞因子分泌,发挥治疗肺炎支原体肺炎的作用机制,以期为MP感染相关疾病的防治提供新的思路。 |

| AimMycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) is a kind of prokaryotic cell type microorganism which can grow and reproduce in non-living medium and is one of the main pathogens of human primary atypical pneumonia. The inflammatory response mediated by nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammatories is closely related to the occurrence and development of MP infection. In this paper, the activation pathway of NLRP3 inflammatories is discussed to explore the relationship between NLRP3 inflammatories and mycoplasma pneumoniae. It is concluded that traditional Chinese medicine regulates NLRP3 inflammatories, reduces the secretion of inflammatory cytokines, and plays a role in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of MP infection-related diseases. |
