| AimThe placenta is an organ for material exchange between the fetus and the mother. Placental dysplasia can lead to a series of pregnancy disorders. The normal growth and development of placenta are closely related to various biological processes of trophoblast cells. This paper reviews the regulation of microRNA on the function of placental trophoblast cells in pregnancy diseases and provides a new reference for the prevention and treatment of such diseases. |
