      目的探讨脓毒症患者外周血长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)PVT1、lncRNA TUG1、高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)的表达及临床意义。 方法选取脓毒症患者87例为脓毒症组,按是否休克将其分为非休克组(54例)和休克组(33例);随机选取同期健康人群50例为对照组。比较各组血清HMGB1、lncRNA PVT1、lncRNA TUG1表达情况,并分析其相关性。 结果与对照组比较,脓毒症组血lncRNA PVT1、HMGB1升高,lncRNA TUG1降低;且休克组较非休克组更为显著(P<0.05)。脓毒症患者HMGB1与lncRNA PVT1呈正相关,与lncRNA TUG1呈负相关(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析表明,lncRNA PVT1、lncRNA TUG1和HMGB1联合检测对脓毒症的诊断效能最高。 结论lncRNA PVT1、lncRNA TUG1和HMGB1与脓毒症病情严重程度密切相关,三者联合检测对脓毒症患者的诊断有一定预测价值。

      AimTo investigate the expression and clinical significance of long-chain noncoding RNA (lncRNA) PVT1 and TUG1 in peripheral blood and serum high mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1) in patients with sepsis. MethodsEighty-seven patients with sepsis were selected as sepsis group and divided into non-shock group (54 cases) and shock group (33 cases) according to shock or not; 50 healthy people in the same period were randomly selected as the control group. The expression of serum HMGB1 and the relative expression of lncRNA PVT1 and lncRNA TUG1 were detected, and their correlation was analyzed. ResultsCompared with the control group, the blood lncRNA PVT1 and HMGB1 in the sepsis group increased, while the lncRNA TUG1 decreased; The shock group was more significant than the non-shock group (P<0.05). HMGB1 was positively correlated with lncRNA PVT1 and negatively correlated with lncRNA TUG1 in patients with sepsis (P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the combined detection of lncRNA PVT1, lncRNA TUG1 and HMGB1 had the highest diagnostic efficiency for sepsis. ConclusionThe levels of lncRNA PVT1, lncRNA TUG1 and HMGB1 in peripheral blood are closely related to the severity of sepsis, and the combined detection of the three has certain predictive value for the diagnosis of sepsis.
