| 目的探究利那洛肽联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散(PEG)在慢性便秘患者肠道准备中的应用。 方法选择行结肠镜慢性便秘患者227例,分为2L PEG组(服用2L PEG)、利那洛肽组(服用利那洛肽联合2L PEG)、3L PEG组(服用3L PEG)。比较各组患者肠道清洁度、排便、盲肠插管、结肠腺瘤和息肉检出、耐受性等情况。 结果利那洛肽组和3L PEG组Boston量表总分高于2L PEG组(P＜0.05)。2L PEG组、3L PEG组、利那洛肽组首次排便时间依次缩短,2L PEG组和3L PEG组末次排便时间均长于利那洛肽组,2L PEG组和利那洛肽组排便频率低于3L PEG组(P＜0.05)。利那洛肽组和2L PEG组耐受性优于3L PEG组(P＜0.05)。其他观察指标差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。 结论利那洛肽联合PEG在慢性便秘患者肠道准备中有效且耐受性良好,具有较好应用价值。 |

| AimTo explore the application of linaclotide combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder (PEG) in bowel preparation of patients with chronic constipation. Methods227 patients with chronic constipation undergoing colonoscopy were divided into 2L PEG group (2L PEG), linaclotide group (linaclotide combined with 2L PEG), and 3L PEG group (3L PEG). Compare the bowel cleanliness, defecation, cecal intubation, detection and tolerance of colonic adenoma and polyp in each group. ResultsThe total score of Boston scale in linaclotide group and 3L PEG group was higher than that in 2L PEG group (P＜0.05). The first defecation time of 2L PEG group, 3L PEG group and linaclotide group was shortened in turn, the last defecation time of 2L PEG group and 3L PEG group was higher than that of linaclotide group, and the defecation frequency of 2L PEG group and linaclotide group was lower than that of 3L PEG group (P＜0.05). The tolerance of linaclotide group and 2L PEG group was better than that of 3L PEG group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in other observation indexes (P＞0.05). ConclusionLinaclotide combined with PEG is effective and well tolerated in bowel preparation of patients with chronic constipation, and has good application value. |
