| 目的探讨卵巢子宫内膜样囊肿(OEC)的影响因素及对卵巢功能、妊娠结局的影响。 方法选取150例OEC患者为OEC组,100例健康人群为健康组。比较两组临床资料、卵巢储备功能及妊娠结局情况。多因素Logistic回归分析OEC的影响因素。 结果多因素Logistic回归分析显示,体质指数、文化程度、痛经史、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞计数比(NLR)、血小板计数、肿瘤抗原125(CA125)及初潮年龄是OEC的影响因素(P＜0.05)。OEC组抗米勒管激素水平、卵泡计数、获卵数低于健康组(P＜0.05),卵巢体积、促性腺激素使用量高于健康组(P＜0.05),两组妊娠结局比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。 结论体质指数、文化程度、痛经史、NLR、血小板计数、CA125及初潮年龄是OEC的影响因素。OEC降低卵巢储备功能,但对妊娠结局无影响。 |

| AimTo explore the influencing factors of ovarian endometriosis cyst (OEC) and its influence on ovarian function and pregnancy outcome. Methods150 cases of OEC patients were selected as the OEC group, and 100 healthy people were selected as the healthy group. Clinical data, ovarian reserve function and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups. The influencing factors of OEC were analyzed by Logistic regression. ResultsMultivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that body mass index, education level, history of dysmenorrhea, neutrophil to lymphocyte count ratio(NLR), platelet count, cancer antigen 125(CA125) and menarche age were influencing factors for OEC (P＜0.05). The levels of anti-mullerian hormone, follicle count and egg harvest in the OEC group were lower than those in the healthy group (P＜0.05), the ovarian volume and gonadotropins used were significantly higher than those in the healthy group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in pregnancy outcome between the study group and the control group (P＞0.05). ConclusionBody mass index, educational level, history of dysmenorrhea, NLR, platelet count, CA125 and age of menarche were the influencing factors of OEC. OEC reduce ovarian reserve, but do not affect pregnancy outcomes. |
